I don't hate black people but we tend to have normal black people around here, not niggers. I dunno what the fuck it is with American blacks but they seem especially fucked up. I hate to say it though, but in my experience, black people do tend to be pretty fucking dumb. I tried to train 3 different black dudes at my old job.

One guy lasted 3 months. In 3 months he never even got the concept of put the little squares where the laser shows little squares on the table and put the big squares where the laser shows the big squares on the table. He'd also just randomly chimp out at himself when he fucked up, which was a lot and it never got better and I was patient. Like I tried to make it fun, because generally it was a fun job and as long as we got all our jobs done on time we could basically do whatever the fuck we wanted. But after three months of basically no progress in learning shit I started getting pissed off and eventually one day I said to him either come here and learn how to do your job or just fuck off and don't come back and he fucked off and never came back.

There was another guy who worked with one of the delivery teams and when they got back early he'd come help me out on one of the more simple machines. It was really brain dead simple to use. Just look at the drawing and pick up the square or rectangle and put the side with the 'X' on it through the machine. Then do it for every side with an 'X' on it and then bring them to the back of the shop. For over a year I had to explain it to him literally every time he came to help and even then he'd still fuck it up sometimes. He was a nice guy though and he was just coming to give me a hand so it didn't bother me too much.

Then there was another guy, again dude was a decent guy and I didn't work with him often but man trying to have a conversation with him. Like I'd have to explain basic every day shit to this guy like he was a toddler and like he'd be blown away like I just told him the most amazing thing in the world, like I was some kind of wizard or some shit. He did help me occasionally with the same machine the other guy helped me with and I'll admit, he did pick it up a bit better. There was one day he was trying to teach the other guy the machine yet again and it was pretty funny to watch. He was apparently good at basketball though. He left to go play basketball in Korea. Apparently it's big over there.

I've met a lot of stupid people of all kinds and colours over the years and honestly the level of stupid in those three dudes is beyond a lot of stupid I've encountered. Like trying to teach them was honestly like smacking my face into a brick wall over and over again. For perspective, I currently work with a native dude who's kind of mentally a child and likely has some kind of fetal alcohol syndrome. Like his brain is fucked and he's pretty fucking dumb about a lot of things. Like he still doesn't understand some things he's been doing for 20 years or more. But, I have actually been able to teach that guy things, granted things he should probably already know considering he helped train me, and those things do stick and he retains them.
