You seem to misunderstand. It's got nothing to do with being labelled a sped, and more to do with maintaining consensus. Any opinions straying to far from the accepted are frowned upon. Keep doing that, and you are now a target.

They fact you have nothing to say but sped, neckbeard, virgin, gamergater, MRA, autistic etc etc, isn't really convincing me to change my mind about my assumptions so far. In fact it's just reinforcing my opinions, since you have no retorts, no rebuttals. So I must assume there is a small faction on this website will go out of their way to personally attack, and even go searching cross the net, in an effort to dox people, simply because they disagree with them.

I don't really think that level of effort is warranted for such a weak lolcow as me. It must mean that I've somehow made this personal. I've insulted them since their opinions on things are so closely tied to their sense of identity. Disagreeing on a political stance is deemed "erasure" and the person is automatically scum.

It's fine if you disagree or don't believe me, but I think it's there. And the internet drama and lolcows have demonstrated this is a real thing that happens in most communities on the internet.

And no I don't have a Tumblr. I don't feel it's important that everyone knows about my favorite cat pictures or what my favorite memes are. In fact this is the only site I'm active on that I have what could be considered a permanent account. It's important to be noticed for some people, to be validated, to be praised.

And I've never had an account for somethingawful, though I've looked through it.
