And it was a really nice development before it was occupied.. And when we went back in 2 years for some repairs and maintenance I saw exactly what you described. Its was sad, but it was eye-opening. I had been in a few ghetto houses before then, and kind of knew what to expect. But what a difference a couple of years made.
