She asked him to stop cos he was hurting her. Doesnt mean he didnt stop or that it wasnt consensual.
He also said she made the first move.
Ok unpopular opinion time.
All elder people have memory problems. Doesn't mean they can't consent.
But in any case, even if she had dementia , if shes literally asking for it, what harm does it do? I really don't understand why people try to paint it as rape. People can think t's gross because of the age and because the incest and that's probably why they don't care that there are still laws that ban two consenting adults from having sex but doesn't change the fact that this is literally a victimless crime.
He is not taking anything away from her, its not damaging her wellbeing or anything. It's just sex. It's literally the same thing as a massage, if feels good and that's all there is to it.
I don't understand why he has a moral obligation not to tend ot her needs in this specific area. You wouldn't say giving a massage to a person with dementia is bad so why is this any different? Is it cos sex is bad or sinful? This seems to be the only logic behind it. Just an irrational taboo.
You would hurt the baby and the baby can't tell you to stop.
What a retarded comparison.
What's makes you think she can't consent? If we go by what she said she even initiated it.
In any case debating about consent is a waste of time because it's a word that is surrounded by a lot of dogmas and axioms and it all devolves into semantics. I'll just say I disagree with the new dogmatic definition of consent feminists have pushed and everyone seem to have adopted.
