What even are the rules about stickers anyway? What constitutes "sticker abuse", and what determines how long the punishment is? It's really unclear unless I'm just missing something like a retard, which is probable.

What even are the rules about stickers anyway? What constitutes "sticker abuse", and what determines how long the punishment is? It's really unclear unless I'm just missing something like a retard, which is probable.

You will never know that, cause like it's the case with every janitorial team, secrecy and ambiguity are purposefully inserted.
The "rules" are for complete idiots; the jannies use them as a rough guide, and the admin trusts them enough that they make decent decisions.
Defining the rules clearly means that smart and smug posters can skirt the boundary with similar effect with fully breaking the rules, so the jannies want to have the ability to forbid that.
The way KF is moderated is not unlike AHS on reddit or Resetera, we just have mods that say nigger and more leeway, but the principles remain the same.
So, "abusing stickers" is basically
- many reported you for spamming (negative) stickers
- mod team got annoyed and the admin knows too
- admin and mods don't particularly like you
So you get stickers taken away for a while.
If the mods like you, for example because you make other users seethe a lot, then you get to keep doing it

So you get stickers taken away for a while.

I think this is the "rule" I broke. My stickers were permanently disabled yesterday, not only for a while; just out of the blue, with zero explanation whatsoever. When I asked why I was ignored. I don't think I even got a sticker related warning before, and I try to follow the rules.

HHH baselessly accusing me of being Feetloaf soured my reputation, that seems to be factoring into it. Null said he wants me to fuck off the entire site, so this seems to be a nudge.

I don't care that much, but if possible it'd be nice if they were only partially disabled, like in AT only. It diminishes my enjoyment in the video game and shitposting threads, I really like being able to just slap an agree on someone saying "Pokemon Crystal is the best" or something.

Not much to say. I don't agree with such decisions, but that's irrelevant. There are plenty of people "abusing stickers" by these random metrics, but only 4-5 of them get in trouble with the mods for some arcane, undetectable reason.
The easiest way to see it is to post something accurate that goes against the narrative in one of containment threads that are supposed to be for "retards stronk sticking together!" purposes, and then it's all MATIs and Dumbs for days.
But, nobody cares about those, I guess.
Also, some of you nerds really allowed actual resentment to seep into conversations, never do that, always keep it light hearted as much as you can.

There was a period of few months where he basically took away everyone's stickers in the AT. I think he only allowed 'like'. He was just tired of all the bitching about them and then when they came back, I think that was when he introduced the political sperging one, though no one really uses it.
