I've already stated what I think should happen to that Negress who put a kitten in a fucking o en, and already stated even providing I won't get what I think should happen two years isn't nearly enough. There is no point in having a "discussion" like this when someone either fails to understand or disregards what has already been asked and answered, similar to how I explained both language and the law make the distinctions you insist are somehow nebulous when they aren't.

Edit-- and if feral cats are s problem like that, s person or people needs to go before animal control local authorities and go through a process.

I wasn't trying to imply that random people should go out and kill feral cats. And, yes, I suppose they could be classified as pests, though in a different context than pests inhabiting urban environments.
