Debate @Ytsuken over the legality and morality of certain links on Wikipedia

apparently the studio made the cover and recommended it; meant to be shocking and clearly was;
some of the band members expressed regret long after, clearly in bad taste, but they all went with it at the time,
accurately using it as an 'artistic' representation of how the culture of the day destroys innocence

I do see it as a "wtf were you thinking?" thing, but also, the way these things are defined, especially in the context of the US and its powerful 1A speech protections, I understand why "real" "artistic representations" are considered mutually exclusive from pornography, that porn's only artistry is necessarily prurient in nature, and I can see why they say "no that's not CP",
but it still falls solidly into that "yeah but WHY WOULD YOU?" category to me.

The way I can't seriously imagine encountering a creepy pedo weirdo masturbating to the stone "boy peeing" statue above...
I can't say the same about the album cover in question. I totally could conceive of some pedo utilizing that as porn. Then ofc, I think in pre-internet days, the dangers of pedos were less on the public consciousness, and I assume people believed then it was far less common. Perhaps it's more forgivable because of that.

I'm not comfortable with simply throwing away the US's free speech standards over this, but the nature of the court is to figure out what to do with these edge cases that don't fall into the clear yes-or-no categories.
But, just like forum rules and their jannie enforcers, it's up to other people to make their own laws.

So here are the facts:
@Ytsuken is confirmed too retarded even for the Sharty.
The Sharty has been plagued with CP being posted openly for literal years.
These two taken into consideration, anyone posting something like that is either looking for more, or is just plain retarded.

Conclusion: Search this nigger’s hard drive NOW.

I have no idea what the reason such a link is available for, maybe there's a justification but I can't imagine one and assume it's simply Wikipedo being liberal trash.

Free speech doesn't cover that. There's no legitimate reason to feature (what I presume is) a naked minor on an album cover. There is no legitimate purpose for that in to be featured in virtually any context actually, aside from stuff like medical textbooks or something of that nature. Even then, those should be restricted only of sale to licensed medical practitioners.

I remember hearing about this, @Ytsuken got banned from Soyjak Blog after he apparently posted a wikipedia link that contained CP, my theory is that it might've been the article on the Scorpions album, Virgin Killer, because the original cover art has like a naked 10 year old girl with a cracked glass covering her vagina, leading to the cover being replaced in some countries (and even on digital services, as evidant on Spotify)

or It might've been the article to Nirvana's Nevermind, where the cover for the album features a naked baby boy underwater trying to catch an american dollar bill, leading the band to get sued years later, if this is true, I would be shocked, sickened and appualed that Ytsuken posted such a thing on the schlog, because Rule 2 on the Rules page literally says

Also, Ytsuken posted a bunch of gore (espeically baby gore) on his EDF account, which I really don't want to link since it's literally just gore and im not going through his EDF posts page by page, and hell, I even confronted him on his profile because I was in a steam group chat (which im currently banned from) where someone (I forgot who exactly said it now) mentioned about, again, Ytsuken posting the wikipedia link that has CP on the schlog, idk what is wrong with Ytsuken but I beileve Jackson says it best on his ban reason on the schlog, he is a "depraved dnb gooner who linked 'p"
