Seeing as they only demand 15k right now, he can easily bullshit that amount together.

Will Phil move in to live with his trolls/fans after he has lost the house?

In all honesty if he actually did play just half of the cards he got early on with being an e-celeb he could be rich by now.
It's like the whole universe wanted him to succeed but Phil refused.

$101k tip goal incoming.

Everytime he has spoken about this it's like he believes he can just stop paying it and they will take the condo and that's the end of it. I don't think he has any understanding at all that they will take the condo and probably his current home to recover the other $30k + fees.

It will probably end up being far more than $30k, banks don't sell foreclosure homes for market rate. They want quick sales and Phil is responsible for the rest.

Nah, I don't think they can take his current home. I'm pretty sure there's laws in place that prevent you from being made homeless if you have to declare bankruptcy or get foreclosed on. It's like the IRS. They don't want to put you in jail for not paying shit, they want their money, and they can't get their money if they remove the means of you paying them back.

They'll take two grand a year over the next 30 years and then seize whatever they can when you die before they let you try and just wipe away the debt. You can't just go and declare bankruptcy whenever you want, there's all kinds of criteria you need to meet.

$15k? Well, that's the December begathon amount, plus an extra 15% for fees and Phil to put a little bit away. And by put away I mean to spend on frivolous shit to keep his soul-maid around. I was wrong about the Rambo bait shit, though, so who the fuck knows.

Is that the trade-off of pigroach luck? You can escape your own fuck-ups but never truly succeed (or retire)?

"Not less than $15,000.00" makes me curious. Is that legalese for "it will be much more than this potentially"? But sure, if that were the max then he could raise that easy. That said it's effect on his credit is still going to hurt.

I can't wait to hear him try to spin this getting uncovered by trolls as a direct attack. Good luck getting away with blaming anyone else for this screw up Phil
HE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING SO THE DETRACTORS COULDNT SWAT THE BANK OKAY?

eh, with pigroach luck, dave will crawl out from under this
the bank will go under after several freak 9/11 like attacks
the lawyers will all be killed in drive-bys
the property will be destroyed by a nuclear bomb
tevin will be called the n word

It doesn't have anything to do with the total amount Phil owes, it's an argument over jurisdiction. Which court hears a debt case depends on the amount in question: "not less than $15,000.00" is the attorney saying the amount is large enough that it should be heard in Superior Court instead of Small Claims; since the lawyer's not specifying an upper limit my guess is that everything above $15k goes to the same circuit.

I don't get how he still owes over 100k. He must have had a terrible interest rate because over 8 years, that comes out to just around 280 bucks going to the principal of his loan each month. Wow dood, just wow.

I did the math (well, fucked around for 10 minutes in MS Excel) and the only explanation is that he got one of those low down payment/high interest rate/long repayment period FHA loans. I believe you can do 3% down on a 20 or 30 year mortgage under that program.

Cool, so he could be super fucked. Thanks for the help, I'm a total pleb on this stuff.

According to to ancient lore from Bryan "My Dad's A Pedo" Dunn, he got a hold of Phil's bank under the guise of a realtor or something asking about the property. The bank allegedly said they had put a lien on the condo because Phil was only paying the mortgage sporadically. He would go a couple months without paying and then pay the minimum to get caught up. Of course by doing this he accrued multiple late and delinquency fees.

Paying the minimum and also racking up multiple fees could explain why he has made little headway on the mortgage in the 10 years he's been paying.

Again this info came from the Queen of /pol so it could be completely false.

If this is true, Dave really is as slimy as the tractor community makes him out to be. A legit conman doing everything he can to trick people and the system.

Sometimes I wish I could listen to his secret dialogues with his maid. Do you think he calls his viewers dumb for believing in him and then has a Disney villain laugh?
