It's worse than that! He's asking for people to give him points so he can draw ONLY what he wants to draw, so he can use said points to get other people to draw something EXACTLY the way he wants it!

And no way is the insignificant notoriety he has a result of shoving himself into situations and spamming people, not at all. You only get as many friends as he has by being a TRUE and HONEST artist.

I like how he doesn't care whatsoever that ninjapants got abused or values that ninjapants' has an idol that can help him cope with it. Cartoons are a far more pressing matter.

I chalk that up to never having been through what that other user's been through. And if he has, then it's just him being an uncaring dumbass. And speaking as someone who experienced such actions firsthand as a child (the abuse, I mean), that's not a wise move. I'm honestly surprised the other guy didn't call the 'Hog out on this bit of BS.
 
Apart from lacking empathy (possibly due to autism), it seems he was never even put into situations where he would have to even actively try to empathize with others. He must have been extremely sheltered. Like, even OPL can pretend to empathize with others, even if it's just to get what he wants. He at least knows not empathizing isn't socially acceptable. Hoggy was never taught that, it seems. Maybe this is the largest contributor to him not having any friends. Does he even see people as people? I think this guy's boarding on sociopath.

Also just look at how he acts when people don't respond instantly to him or how he harasses users into commissioning him. People are there to please him and if you don't tow the line best GTFO.
