This thread is for Ralph's actual legal troubles supported by court records.
We begin in 2008 when Ralph was living in Lyman, SC.

On Dec 9th, 2008 Ralph was pulled over for speeding. More than 15 but less than 25 over.

Then, less than 2 years later on Aug 25th, 2010, Ralph was arrested, for Public Disorderly Conduct. Likely drunk. Foreshadowing!

He caught charges for this incident in neighboring Greenville County as well.
Disorderly Conduct:

Assault & Battery in the 3rd Degree:

Public Drunk:

DUI:

And Driving with Suspended License (for DUI, yet was filed at the same time so not sure what was going on there):

Arrested which means we get our first mugshot of Ethan Oliver Ralph.

Mama so proud of her boy.

As far as I know, he was a good boy for the next 6 years and a few days until....
August 28th, 2016. Ralph passes out drunk and then takes a swing at the cops that were called on him. Arrested and charged with Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer.
He was actually charged with two counts of that, one count of Public Swearing/Intoxication and one count of Obstructing Justice. He was found guilty on one count of assault on a LEO and the rest of the counts were nolle prosequi, meaning they chose not to pursue prosecution for it. Something you'll find has happened to Ralph a few times.

And a new mugshot to go with it:

While that case was ongoing, on June 6th, he was pulled over for speeding, going 56 in a 35.
2017-06-06 Speeding 56 in 35 - Guilty in Absentia.png

A couple of years after he got out of jail, in June of 2019, he got in an accident and didn't stop. This charge was yet again nolle prosequi.

However, a second charge from that incident, reckless driving, he was guilty of and fined $500 plus $63 in fees. He of course paid this a month late:

Possibly/likely related to that incident, he was charged with Contempt of Court on 6/24/19, but it was dismissed:

Now we come to a case we are all familiar with, the revenge porn case. Due to unknown reasons that are speculated on in the thread dedicated to this, the charge was, once again, nolle prosequi.

This now brings us to 2021.
On Feb 7th, he was pulled over for whatever reason but charged/ticketed for driving without a license. This was dismissed after he produced the license within a certain time frame. I believe he mentioned this on Twitter or the show.

And now, a new bit of info, on 5/15/21, Ralph was pulled over for going 89 in a 65. That amount of speed makes this a misdemeanor that he's going to have to go to court for. His hearing date is July 29th at 10:30AM.
2021-05-15 Speeding 89 in 65 2021-07-29 Update still ONGOING.png

7/29/2021 for the above speeding case. Ralph plead nolo contendere, or No Contest. The judge changed it to 79/65. He has to pay an $84 fine plus $71 court fee and (according to him) take a driving class. He has until 10/26 to pay up and I think 10/1 to take the driving class. The above image is updated to reflect current status.

In late 2020/early 2021 Ade filed for a restraining order against Ralph in Michigan. It looks like he lost his fight against that as he has deleted Tweets about her and remove the hit piece on his shitty website.

8/20/2021:
Vickers appears to have prevailed in getting a full restraining order against Ralph:

8/23/2021:
The revenge porn case is confirmed to be back open by @Spectre_06. Thanks @Rusty Crab for fixing the volume.

11/06/2021:
Expert driver, Ethan Ralph, totaled his Nissan Sentra. He claims he was turning left on an unprotected green, but my analysis of the intersection and Maryland traffic laws casts doubt on that claim and I think he ran a red light.
@Haru Okumura found the traffic ticket he got in Maryland's shitty online records system here:

12/13/2021:
The records site for Nevada County, CA finally updated revealing that Ethan is being charged for violation of the TRO that Faith has against him, was issued.
2021-12-13 Charges for restraining order violation.png

1/5/2022:
Ethan pled "No Contest" to his revenge porn charges, was found Guilty, and received a 1 year suspended sentence. A suspended sentence is NOT probabtion. He doesn't have to check in, he likely just has to not get charged with and found guilty of anything else for that 1 year and he will have gotten off with no jail time. If he does fuck up and get convivted of something else within that year, he will have to serve the 1 year sentence for revenge porn. He does NOT have to register as a sex offender.
Either way, Ethan Oliver Ralph is now a convicted revenge pornographer.

4/22/2022
Vickers released Ralph's response to the DVRO. Post here.

6/13/2022
Ethan Ralph goes brrrrrr in his dumb truck, doing a 65 in a 30 zone.
Post link.
(To those who aren't familiar with burger units, that's nearly 106kmph in a 50 zone)

I'm starting to understand why he acts the way he does: Ralph has had just enough close calls to make himself arrogant. Normal people would try to avoid the actions that got them in trouble; because Ralph made it through these incidents (even a stint in the crossbar hotel), he thinks nothing else can happen to him.

Something I haven't heard others observe before is that this ticket was around the time of the Pillstream, which was around June 20th I believe. It's very likely he was pilled out when he made this accident. Very close to violating probation and going back to jail, he somehow dodged a bullet.

Excellent work, Sam. I was not aware of the last two charges. How can a 34 year old man be so incompetent that he cannot even keep his license on him? And we know this isn't the only time he's forgotten his ID.

Here is what Xanax and a couple (or more) hits of pot will do when you're driving - https://youtu.be/jKgo6-fCjZ0

True, he's been emboldened by his dumb luck. He must feel invincible which feeds his degeneracy. His gunt must hold wonders and mysteries we've yet to understand.

I remember that now and good point. Ralph truly is a sacred cow.

Based on Faiths retelling of her time with Ralph it was not uncommon for him to drive drunkenly at high speeds. Ralph was intoxicated in some manner when he fled the scene of the accident or else he would've stayed.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit if he ends up killing someone with his car one day. He drunk drives all the time.
I think Ralph is mostly functional alcoholic and is always drunk. His blood alcohol levels never go to 0 %o and abruptly stopping drinking might actually kill him. The cops could arrest him at anytime he drives his car, if they actually gave a shit about public safety.

It's not just dumb luck. The Dance of Life tranny is a perfect example. Dude is a menace on the road and has tons of violations, but he generally pleas down and rarely has higher level offenses within a few years of each other. Plenty of dirtbags get away with all sorts of low level crime because the court doesn't have the resources to prosecute every petty crime. Say you get a ticket for speeding. There is a decent chance you can get your fine reduced or the ticked thrown out if you fight it in court. Most people just pay. It's $100 and they feel it isn't worth the time and effort to go to court to fight because they have to take time off of work, etc and they don't want the stress. People like Ralph don't have anywhere to be. They don't have a job to call out of and a boss to answer to. They don't have $100 they can just pull out of their bank account and they have no sense of accountability for doing something wrong.

White trash like Ralph are able to live as they do because they know the court has to pick its battles. Plenty of their white trash friends and family proved this while they were growing up.

He was going over 90. I got pulled over going 25 miles over the speed limit when I was 19 and the cop booked it at 24 so he wouldn't have to arrest me for reckless driving.

(Which is fucking bullshit anyways. That road is a 3 lane highway nobody uses at night, but it has heavy traffic during the day, so they give it a 45 MPH speed limit when it should be 60 at night.)

In Virginia 20 miles over is still reckless driving, and going over 80 regardless is considered reckless driving as well. Though cops will sometimes charge you with a regular speeding offence even if your ticket says you're 20 mph over or above the 80 mph threshold. I got pulled over for reckless driving a while ago and the cop just charged me for speeding.
