Reading these summaries, I almost thought I was starting to feel bad for Ralph but really it was just a sense of disgust over the way our legal system functions.

There’s no “might be”. Gunt IS fucked. Whether he has the money or not is immaterial. He’s fucked because he’s been ordered by the Court to provide a detailed financial statement under penalty of perjury. Gunt hasn’t filed taxes in years, he probably doesn’t even know how much income he’s brought in. He has no way to fill out that declaration without perjuring himself.Oh God, Ralph might be fucked.
Either he has the money, and is about to have to pay for an attorney, which will make him pigmad.
OR
He doesn't have the money, gets a public defender, gets laughed at for being poor, and still loses because it's a public defender.
Vickers, if you fuck this up. So help me God
If nothing else, it leaves him exposed to his audience. There’s no “might be”. Gunt IS fucked. Whether he has the money or not is immaterial. Sudden vacations to Rome aren't going to help either. There’s no “might be”. Gunt IS fucked. Whether he has the money or not is immaterial. "I'll say whatever I want!" - Ralph on the Stardust stream while calling his wife stupidI’d like to suggest everyone reread Parts 1 & 2, as well as keep in mind for future parts, that almost every single issue Ralph is facing in these is due to the fact that he couldn’t just shut the fuck up.
Literally by not responding, almost all of this would go away. The only reason Vickers strategy works is dependent on the belief Ralph is incapable of stopping himself from saying shit he shouldn’t.
I'm also curious how the Ralphamale plans to tackle the situation. It's not an automatic L, but there's a reason we don't hear "Thank God my court appointed lawyer was a rock star." And we can assume Ralph also knows this based what came out of that zoom hearing (Assuming it's legit). There’s no “might be”. Gunt IS fucked. Whether he has the money or not is immaterial. Its especially funny when you consider that he was able to shut up about Adrienne (sp?) Blair relatively effectively. At least as far as I know.I’d like to suggest everyone reread Parts 1 & 2, as well as keep in mind for future parts, that almost every single issue Ralph is facing in these is due to the fact that he couldn’t just shut the fuck up.

Which is why, no matter how much people might not like Vickers or actively hate him even, he has Ralph cornered even in his own head. Ralph would have to fundamentally change as a person and manage his addictions, low impulse control and anger to even begin to deal with this. Its especially funny when you consider that he was able to shut up about Adrienne (sp?) I suspect, in addition to Vicker's actual antagonistic acts, Ralph has a running commentary in his own head that stops him from genuinely considering his options.
What do I mean by that? Say Ralph starts to consider shutting up, just to make this stop. In his head the moment he starts to consider that he sees/hears Vickers gloating in victory, taunting him in all the ways he'd hate most. Naturally this sends him into a rage and he begins a hollerin.
This also speaks to his constant inebriation. He needs to be perpetually drunk/high in order to drown out the voices in his head. Based on his Pillstream ramblings this rarely has the desired effect anymore. Instead of drowning out the voices it merely unshackles them from any semblance of reason or what little shred of inhibition Ralph might posses. Additionally his constant consumption of substances results in a catch 22 wherefore he consumes additional substances to at least mitigate the side effects of other substances, e.g. smokes weed to make the hangover from being drunk more bearable.
Does Ralph even have a viable escape path at this point? Legal or otherwise.Which is why, no matter how much people might not like Vickers or actively hate him even, he has Ralph cornered even in his own head. He’s just playing the long game on a bet that Ethan Ralph will always be Ethan Ralph.
His wages could be garnished directly from the source.Does Ralph even have a viable escape path at this point? Legal or otherwise.
Would it work if he just never set foot on U.S. soil again and spends the rest of his, likely short, miserable life in Mexico? Sure the court rulings against him would pile up, he'd never get to see his son again, and we could all mock him for being a fugitive/deadbeat father. However a lot of that is already happening anyway, court shit is piling up because its Vickers MO, he's not seeing his son because he's personally incapable of complying with the custody agreement and would get served if he tried, and we already make fun of him for being a deadbeat fugitive.
In other words, what would actually happen if Ralph just cut his losses, never replied to the court ordered financial disclosure, stopped making his zoom appearances, and just continued hollerin in Mexico? If the answer is basically nothing do we think Ralph has the brain power to realize that might be his best option as it would also mean the gloves could come off? After all if he gets to that point then what does it matter how many times he violates any orders. He could start hollerin about Faith as much as he wanted.
If I suddenly found myself in Ralph's shoes that would certainly be the route I'd consider, aside from becoming an hero.
I believe it’s one of the desired outcomes. If he did that, Faith can claim Ralph abandoned his parental rights and have him legally removed as Xanders father.Does Ralph even have a viable escape path at this point? Legal or otherwise.

And that would be the end of Ralph's live events and appearances. He'd be a wanted fugitive on US soil.I believe it’s one of the desired outcomes. If he did that, Faith can claim Ralph abandoned his parental rights and have him legally removed as Xanders father.
At which point she and Xander are free of him and all he can do is scream in Mexico. Literally 5+ state and federal agencies would permanently be between them and him.
Ralph’s ego and paypigs could never accept this.
How does that work with his donation based income structure? Couldn't he just reroute everything to be in Meigh's, or even Rozy's, name to get around it?His wages could be garnished directly from the source.
I get that but at a certain point it's not them who are free of him but him who is free of them. Even if he's legally removed as a father that doesnt change biology.I believe it’s one of the desired outcomes. I don't feel sorry for Ralph, but Vickers is doing his best to antagonize him. Nora doesn't talk about Ralph, and he hasn't mentioned her except one time he thought that she sent someone to make fun of him. Adrienne Blair fired some shots after the sex tape was released and then shut up and got the restraining order when the Gunt started to holler.I’d like to suggest everyone reread Parts 1 & 2, as well as keep in mind for future parts, that almost every single issue Ralph is facing in these is due to the fact that he couldn’t just shut the fuck up.

Vickers is a dad. Ralph fucked his daughter up for life. I am convinced that Vickers would go to jail to get Ralph back. If anything he is going easy on him.I don't feel sorry for Ralph, but Vickers is doing his best to antagonize him. Maybe Vickers can hide behind some legalistic hocus pocus about how his Twitter is private and he's totally surprised that his tweets keep getting leaked, but everyone knows that he's behind it. He has even admitted to using people to spread and control information on the Kiwi Farms before. If Ralph made a private Discord and talked shit about Vickers and Ralph's fans started sharing screenshots on Twitter and Telegram, we would all know that it was fucking planned.
Ralph certainly gets in trouble because of his ego, but Vickers is just as bad and arguably worse in some ways because he has more to lose and nothing to gain, except a slightly healed ego. He went to war against Ralph because Ralph humiliated him when he stole Faith. As funny as it may be for us, using tens of thousands of dollars in a court battle against Ralph is extremely bizarre behavior for a father of five. If he genuinely wanted to protect his private family life, he could just stop talking about Ralph and quietly go after him if he did break the restraining order. Instead, he attempted to become an e-celeb, and not even his family getting swatted was enough to get him off the blue birdy app for more than a couple of days.
Well, marrying the woman you funneled your money through wasn't a very bright idea now was it Ralph?Part 2.1: Matthew Vickers vs Ethan Oliver Ralph - RO Interlude

Ralph has been assigned an attorney by the court and ordered to provide a financial statement so the court may determine what he must pay the attorney.
I think his only way out of his troubles with Vickers is to totally and completely sign away all rights to Xander. He will not and can not do that because if he does it hurts his public image, despite having PR Goddess Pantsu (note sarcasm) on his side and it'll mean Jim was right all this time that The Gunt is a horrible, evil creature that won't change even if he could.Does Ralph even have a viable escape path at this point? Legal or otherwise.
My understanding is that The Gunt's rights to visitation are seperate from paying Child Support. He gets to see Xander as spelled out in the agreement whether he pays child support or not. Since the one and only visitation in October he's been saying that he's been kept from seeing Xander but what's really going on is that he just hasn't been going because he's not allowed to take pics of Xander because FaiFai doesn't trust The Gunt to not post them on the internet. And because he would've gotten served.Would it work if he just never set foot on U.S. soil again and spends the rest of his, likely short, miserable life in Mexico? Sure the court rulings against him would pile up, he'd never get to see his son again, and we could all mock him for being a fugitive/deadbeat father. As far as Vickers and Xander, I think he might get away with that because Matt seems to be on a path to having The Gunt's presence in Xander and FaiFai's lives to be strictly legally controlled, like the visitation agreement The Gunt has to see Xander. I think marrying Pantsu makes that harder to get away with. How does that work with his donation based income structure? Couldn't he just reroute everything to be in Meigh's, or even Rozy's, name to get around it?
Ralph was already hollarin' "MAH SUN WILL COME FIND ME WHEN HE IS OF AGE!" and saying that The Gunt will tell him "THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT WENT ON!", seemingly inferring that he thinks Xander will turn on the Vickerses.Consider that when Xander turns 18 (or maybe 21 depending on specific laws) he's bound to want to know who his dad is. Nothing could legally stop him from contacting Ralph at that point and it would be a toss up as to whether he blames Ralph for failing to be there for him or blames Vickers for pushing Ralph away with all of this petty legal bullshit.
Of course its equally likely both Vickers and Ralph will be dead before Xander comes of age, but I doubt Ralph thinks that far ahead anyway.
He's been kinda doing all that already. As far as his ego and audience, both are historically assuaged by a good cope/rationalization. If he merely hollers that the Vickers are abusing the legal system to harass him and ruin his life, I suspect it would pass muster for that crowd. Furthermore taking a "fuck the law" approach and embracing life as a bonafide outlaw would also appeal to his audience and ego. He could claim he's bigger than the law and it wont hold him back or shut him up. Since all the cope about living in Mexico worked so well this isnt much more of a stretch.
That and it's likely he's gotten blowback from being affiliated to America First but having escaped to Mexico.Honestly I suspect the one thing that is genuinely stopping him from taking this route is that he would no longer be able to organize his dumb wrestling and bowling events, or if he did they'd have to be on foreign soil.
And a few weeks ago when a pic of Nora popped up on his show for several minutes.I don't feel sorry for Ralph, but Vickers is doing his best to antagonize him. Nora doesn't talk about Ralph, and he hasn't mentioned her except one time he thought that she sent someone to make fun of him. Adrienne Blair fired some shots after the sex tape was released and then shut up and got the restraining order when the Gunt started to holler.
About December of 2021 Ralph was prepared to divest himself of Xander and even wrote the court a letter that basically said "MAH SUN WILL COM FIND ME WHEN HE IS OF AGE. AH'M CONCENTRATING ON MAH UNBORN DAUGHTER AND HER LIFE NOW!".Maybe Vickers can hide behind some legalistic hocus pocus about how his Twitter is private and he's totally surprised that his tweets keep getting leaked, but everyone knows that he's behind it.
