It is right to weaponize visitation to good fathers who want to see and take care of their kids. But the courts were designed to prevent this exact situation. Designed to keep a horrible person who managed to groom a 17 year old into having a child from seeing said child. The only chance Xander has in growing up is never finding out Ralph was his father

I don't see how any of this cannot be achieved by a normal person and $800 a month is grossly underpaying considering Ethan's self-declated $75,000 a year income. A normal person wouldn't be a drugged up drunken fucking mess around an infant and doesn't need to take photos for twitter updoots.
As I've said before, anything short of ceding parental rights and then sending Xander to Ethan Ralph in a next day FedEx delivery box is "weaponising visitation".

Of all the reactions after the hearing, this is the most important one:
While anything taken from this is strictly guesswork, I believe we can gain a decent idea as to what happened.
1) Ralph was arraigned for contempt.
What does this mean for Ralph: The judge has decided there is enough proof that Ralph has violated the DVRO at least one (or many) time(s). This means Ralph has violated a court order and can held be criminally responsible. Before anyone gets too excited, this means that outside of something insane happening, he will likely just see fines for each violation the court believes Ralph has committed. Remember, there are over 30 DVRO violations pending (between the actual DVRO and the Custody Agreement). This is essentially the first of many salvos pointed at him with the DVRO and the Custody Agreement. The more that land, the more the punishments build. The arraignment means that Ralph will now have to see trial for these violations. This is separate from the trial he is now guaranteed to face with Vickers himself for his RO violations there.
On top of any fines Ralph will see from the violations he has disclosed that his lawyer has told him its time to pony up an extra 3k just for the contempt charge. Thats aside from what he has to pay her to continue to manage his Custody Agreement issues which Faith is still arguing.
2) Ralph was given some concession from Faith without court order.
It is more than likely that Faith has given Ralph the permission to take permission to take a picture or two during visitation.
What does this mean for Ralph: Short term, HOORAY! A Ralphamale victory! In the most basic and simple terms. Ralph got the chance to get a picture of his son. Realistically he will likely fuck it up and release the photo online faster than it takes him to call his coke dealer. That said, he got what he wanted. When we take this in the context even one step back from this, it becomes less and less of a W though.
Currently all this legal madness for Ralph only circles around only 2 RO's. Imagine when it gets to 6+. He will almost certainly have weekly court visits to manage RO's from 3 different people and 10+ individuals. Three or more lawyers he'll have to pay, fines, court costs, calendars.
Ralph totally can go take a picture of Xander though.
Addendum:
Ralph fancies himself an author and has repeatedly said he will write a book about his life. Anyone holding an RO on him will prevent him from discussing anything that happens between him and them. Going to be more missing pages in that book than Faith's journal.

I've established that I don't believe much of the claims from the Vickers clan and I'm not about to lower the standards by believing something Ethan Oliver Ralph mutters.
If true, that's fucking funny and based. I doubt Faith is any of the two things but her duty is be a good mother and that's the one thing I won't doubt. Offence is taken.
