'Deformed trannies' means anyone with a congenital or medical physical deformity. It does NOT include: self mutilation, SRS, or amputation.

This is specifically for trannies with "a congenital or medical physical deformity", per the OP. Trannies are all arguably are "mentally deformed" (so mentally ill or retarded) and oftentimes deform themselves with surgery, body mods, etc., but this thread is specifically for the ones who were dealt terrible cards by birth or freak accidents physically, yet inexplicably decided to fuck themselves up even further.
