Small question as I seem to have missed this, but what's the deal with Ms. Dash? J mean, there's no salt in Ms. Dash so why would she use it?

It's a joke. Amberlynn loves to use Mrs Dash when she cooks because it has no salt, boo-boo. That's spice overkill to begin with (because she'll use six different varieties at once), but then she proceeds to dump 5,000mg worth of sodium-laden canned products into her concoctions anyway, negating the benefit of using a salt-free seasoning like Mrs. Dash

Because she associates low sodium with health. Her aversion to adding salt to cooked meals causes them to be flavorless, so she goes ham with Mrs. Dash to taste something (which is why she uses a variety per dish despite them all consisting of the same herbs). It's the way she convinces herself she cooks healthy, put-together dishes.
