Before rambling about "Mistrial" and "Brady" violations, rewatch the trial and figure out why the judge DIDN'T mistrial.

What Dr Irish did was a scummy move for the prosecution but not mistrial material by technicality. The Carbohemoglobin relusts usually come up at single digits. (%2-8% generally). What Dr "smoking is dandy" referenced was that he based his NOT C0 POISONING BASED ON ARTERIAL TEST OF %98 PERCENT that WERE AVAILABLE BEFORE THE NEW EVIDENCE. So there was no referencing the new Carboxyhemoglobin results.

So he basically used an ureliable test to confirm what the reliable test confirmed without mentioning it. Scummy move, but not room for mistrial. That why he clarified that his opinion was based on arterial sample taken to avoid the mistrial.

In law why is IRRELEVANT.
There is ZERO proof that Chauvin let his house and wanted to kill himself a black man.
There is ZERO proof that he thought he would kill him.
There IS proof that prosecution used dirty tactics with this CO thing.
