Honestly I think she's just ignoring him so much that his actual health and such has never and most likely never will be on her mind unless he falls ill enough that he can't be paraded about to pedos. This isn’t even the worst one. He recent did a cringey pantomime of David Bowie’s “Life on Mars” (how original) and it’s sad to look at.
