Yeah, no. I seem to recall that the GOG installer exe lets you grab the game for free, so here. See if it works. If it does, install and play it, especially if you haven't yet (make sure to install some modern compatibility patches and widescreen support otherwise it will run like ass). If it doesn't, I'll just upload the whole game. If you like it, buy it on GOG, it's like 5 dollars. Do not fucking give these jeet remasters money.

the original Deus Ex already has a fan-made remaster that's likely substantially better than anything produced by any shitty chinese remaster studio. all the work was done completely for free by people who are actually passionate about the game. the character models in this new commercial remaster look instantly awful, they completely destroy the iconic grungy art style of the original, JC's face in particular makes me recoil reflexively. Deus Ex already has a massive modding scene that has turned out a number of interesting projects, I don't see this one being worth the price of admission ($30 for a bad facelift lmao??)

I wish Eidos Montreal would make more Deus Ex games. (:_(

You are retarded. Revision is just as trash as this. Outright fucks up quests and locations from the base game because of some pretentious faggot's ideas.
Give Me Deus Ex is the mod to go for in order to experience Deus Ex with a modern coat of paint.
Let me give you an example of how "great" Revision is.

This is Area 51's bunker entrance. Note the size of the map in the vanilla game at the bottom. Also note just how much more bloated it is in Revision. They bloat the size of the maps without adding actual interesting things to do. It goes against the design of the game.

lol I just discovered GMDX. I have not fucked around with mods much, I was only aware of Revision due to the Steam release. a cursory glance around the internet reveals this information: GMDX is a full remaster project and comes in a few flavors - the final release by the original modder, a fork made with the original modder's blessing, and a patch for that fork with some QoL and gameplay changes. for a lighter touch, Transcended focuses purely on bug fixes and QOL improvements without disturbing the vanilla experience. the fan community's general consensus is that Revision's changes are almost universally net negative.

the Steam discussion forum is already lit up with people shitting on this, I've seen a few people pass around this screenshot of an allegedly AI-generated texture to demonstrate the quality of work going into it. it's even getting attention from the gaming media, lol. it's not looking good for Aspyr.

It would have also likely included random NPCs being turned brown and/or a cringy lesbian audio log drama as well. Let's not pretend that Nightdive is perfect, or that this game even needed a remake to begin with. Fans already did a better job, or at least as good of a job as we're going to see, all you really need is to iron out the bugs and add cut content. Anyone who needs shiny graphics to appreciate the game is a brainless drone and will have the themes of the game fly right over their heads anyways.

Zero chance, any actual thought provoking dialogue that goes against the Cathedral is gone and replaced with some shitty generic sci-fi concept or boogeyman instead, like with those old German games that replaced all NPCs with robots or Chinese games that remove all skulls and make the game into a cartoon.

Beats me man. Konami some how turned a well running game on the ps2 to a absolute shit show on modern hardware. You need a fucking NASA computer fueled with fucking nuclear power to get a great experience with Metal Gear Solid Delta.
