The boy in the drawing looks to be in pain the way his arm's bent.

ETA: I looked at her profile, and all the drawings are done very childishly. From the way she writes, I'd say she's probably cognitively challenged, with a sweet personality. She likely has a basic job, friends, and a decent life, not at all a weirdo like Chris and his ilk. So she draws infantile fanart of anime and ponies at age 28, why not do it if she's happy? I wish her the best.
