I've had little doubt of that since he was not only tricked into believing "Fievel goes to Egypt" was a real movie, but that it sounded like a great idea. Still, he can't be that much worse than Chris if he knows how to use the internet, and yet he's so much lazier with his art. Also he's friends with CaseyDecker.
