Autism mostly.
Mainstream vorers don't go through the digestion process idea, they just picture vore as a character getting vored and then put in a protected and warm place by someone who loves them - i.e. they like the idea of being swallowed and get protected by the mean outside world.

Nah, it treats autistic children as the worst thing to ever happen to their parents and promotes stories about mothers of autistic children contemplating murder-suicide and the notion that Autism can be caused by vaccines.

They also funded programs which used outright abusive tactics such as forcing the patients to inhale ammonia and depriving them of sleep, food, and human contact, and used (read:abused) electro-shock collars as many as 5000 times a day as punishment for the most minor autistic behaviors such as stimming, until the patients' skin was burned and smoking, and killed at least 6 patients in their care with this false version of electro-shock therapy.

That sounds like something that might have happened back when people were still being lobotomized, but nope, this was just in 2013, and Autism Speaks only denounced the center's use of these tactics after mass public outcry when footage from inside the "school" was leaked.
