I'm surprised none of you have mentioned ToxicIsland yet. He has the standard 'fetish shtick' (ie inflation and wg), but he also has a hard on for characters swapping heads or having non-lethal decapitation like Jack Skellington taking off his head and talking. Also the fusions that look like this .
Not to mention, he likes to put these fetishes on child characters like the Ice Climbers or Ness and Lucas. Good art, but god it's wasted potential.
