I doubt that is real, it feels too much like someone who is wearing fake stuff in the ass area because fetish reasons. It's just too smooth and perfectly round, compared to say, the huge asses found in the deathfat threads, which are always saggy and lumpy.
Plus looking at the face of this person, I am also doubting it's actually a woman either, just something seems very off about the whole thing, I think its a tranny with some kind of fat/humiliation fetish (or she's just very unfortunate in the face).

Thanks for the useful info, Sherlock. I’ll admit I kinda thought they were real at first but now seeing that it’s actually an inflation suit, it would be highly unrealistic for someone to have that body figure. I just don’t understand how I’m not banned from KF yet because of lots of Thread Necroing I’ve done. What’s so bad about Necroing old threads?
