Allow me to introduce the Slimea Multiverse. It's the brainchild of one Sheepy-Drackzahn and its whole existence is BDSM/Transformation involving slimegirls and other exotic monster girls.

Essentially started as the result of an accident involving some German lady and some cleaning supplies, the micronation that border both Switzerland, France, and Germany somehow grows to become the most technologically advanced and utopic nation in the world. It even manages to colonizes some islands that formed out of the eruptions at the Atlantic Sea. They even managed to make contact with other universes, where it's basically your standard high fantasy world. There's even whole wars in the universal scale.
A sample of their tech includes an airship made entirely of baloons, a network of slime accessible by computers made of slime, a biotech power-lifter shaped like cat paws, and even a nuke that blows up universes.
All of this, as an excuse for slime girl BDSM.

You obviously haven’t seen worldbuilding done by furries. ‘Popular’ games and comics with autistic lore done just as an excuse to indulge in one or more fetishes. (I’m mostly thinking about Changed, but there’s also web serials and CYOA flash games out there that are basically just autism in the service of porn)

Corruption of Champions had kind of a world building aspect. The main underlying conflict is what happens to humans who enter ingread. They become different levels of corrupted and some build settlements which you visit later on. Tel'adre is full of corrupted people who tell you about how certain items are to be avoided, and how they used to be "human" before giving in.

At the end, you learn that the whole thing is just a game to the final boss who made a deal with your village elder to sell you out. Just like all the other humans.
