You know what I hate the most about fetishes, and especially if it's drawn by men (seeing as they tend to be the majority)? When they feel that it's not enough to have it done to the opposite sex and start going after their own. It makes me sick(er), if you ask me.
Oh god, what is this? I can't tell if it's bad or if it's surreal posing as bad.
I don't know whether to be horrified by the fetish, or by the apparently excited reaction of the "victim"?

Thought I'd have a look at this fellow's gallery, because apparently I'm not stupid enough already. The vast majority of his work involves muscly anthros with beer bellies, burping. It's not something I've seen before, so I'll give him credit for originality. He's got a Furaffinity account as well, with gems such as these:
Also stumbled across another user who has a similar keenness for beer bellies. Most of his art involves a fat, green, reptilian... thing, who seems to get fatter with every new piece of art he features in. So he starts out like this:
