If you think that's just the tip of the iceberg...

He seems to be a harmless fellow (at least in my eyes) taking part in a somewhat unusual fetish (masks; often with gas or surgical types) involving OCs and Danny Phantom/Total Drama Island/6teen characters, and has had a crapton of commissions done with them by some popular artists who can emulate the art style.

Why does he draw the bodies, but copy and paste the faces? It's more ridiculous than if he did one or the other. But, I like the badly compressed Wile E. Coyote in the last one.

Hate to break it to everyone, but Kaa isn't the only Jungle Book fetish to emerge from the cesspool of DeviantArt. Another scene that's been appropriated as fetish fuel is the scene where Bagheera tugs Mowgli's loincloth. As with Kaa, most of the artwork done around this is of absolutely appalling quality. Here's an example for you:
