I think DeviantArt is decent site to post your artwork, when it comes to layout. Better than many social media with thematic folder options and that it's easy to found someones older artworks without scrolling down for eternity. I really like DA's search engine.
Still, amount of pervs and MS paint masterpieces on DA is terrifying. Moderators have big problems with deleting this crap, they are almost non-existent. Some recent changes on site like changing "keywords" to "tags" and main page look are also downside, especially how site managers don't react to negative feedback. Good it's quite easy to avoid or just ignore them. I have DA account for 6 years now and seen a lot of crap anyway.
