I believe this video is topical, a collection of inflation art collected by Mister Metokur (formally known as the Internet Aristocrat). This video revolves around inflation art. A specialty of most Deviants, as most of you are well aware.

Some personifications just don't make sense. This one is especially representative because his face is always facing the ground. He would also need momentum to move. Maybe that's why he's always so angry.
