I learned about this lunatic named tommydickles on DA. He is obsessed over this halloween themed series called Scary Godmother and made a very autistic wiki over some fan fiction he made called Neo Scary Godmother.

Here is the wiki for his fanfiction idea (it looks like a wiki for the original series, but it has stuff that the original author of the show never even put in.)
