I can understand why it's popular with children. It's bright and colorful with lots of fart and butt jokes, but I don't see what adults are getting out of it. I can understand why shows like Gravity Falls and Steven Universe get older fans since there's more of a plot and the characters develop over time, but The Loud House is more of a typical kids' show than an all-ages/family one.

Best I can guess is that Autists are drawn to the bright colors like kids are, and since all the characters can be summed up with one or two words it's easy to categorize them, which is something Autists like to do.

Then of course you have the lolicon fetishists that just want to fuck all the sisters.

(Then La Bruja and her monkeys were on their way home and then stop for a moment as they heard Dora,Boots, and Wishing Wizzle saying "I wish Dora back home")
La Bruja : Huh? (To her monkeys) Come on guys
(They flys over to Dora,Boots and Wishing Wizzle as she gasps that the wishing crystal is working again) Huh? I don't believe it. I thought the crystal never works (her wand begin to more powerful) I will make more broken again hhehehe (zaps her wand and heading straight to Dora as Boots stops and look at it as he push Dora with her backpack fall out as Boots grabs it and out of the way as he went to the real world and zaps right heading to the wishing crystal as its makes worse and now broken into pieces)
Wishing Wizzle : Oh no! My wishing crystal! (look at the broken crystal)
Dora : Wait! Boots made it home but not me
La Bruja (takes her hand) : That's right little girl!
Dora : (gasps and look at her)
La Bruja : You are coming home with me as my new daughter! Also Happy Birthday Dora the dumb explorer (look at Wishing Wizzle as she's using her wand to kill him and feel weak and old.)
Dora : Wishing Wizzle!
(The wishing wizzle's hair turn white and lays down as he died)
La Bruja : Yes I have won!
Dora (look at the Wishing Wizzle and gasps as tears begin to fall out from her eyes) : No! No! Now I can't get back home
La Bruja : Now come on Dora! Let's go to my house and your new friends the flying monkeys.
(As the witch and the flying monkeys took Dora to their home and Cut to Boots with Backpack and Map in the real world with a sad look)

(Then they all her friends were walking sadly home and they are very sad and Heartbroken about Dora, Backpack and Map were sad too and missing Dora as Boots hug them while he's crying and worse no birthday hugs for Dora)
(Then in the storybook where wizzle world become dry and sad place where the grass are dried up and the wizzles were doing a funeral for the wishing wizzle and cut to La Bruja's house and Cut inside the basement where Dora was crying in the cage and became miserable and being treated by La Bruja badly and makes her do the hard chores all day)
Dora : I will never get home (sniffs) Never and no birthday hugs for me.(wiping her eyes out and La Bruja gives her some yucky food)
La Bruja : Now eat you little brat! I'll be back later and I want to see that plate gone while I'm gone got it?! And Again Happy Birthday Stupid Girl! (leaves her alone in the basement)
Dora : (crying and hugging her knees)
(Cut Outside of La Buja’s House and It’s was the worst birthday for Dora ever as it’s can hear Dora crying offscreen)

My favorite part of the pic is how hilariously awful they did at drawing Dora, like she's some rejected Bob's Burgers character or something.

The Dora hate art reminds me of the times when Johnny Test hate art was a thing a few years back or so.
And right at this moment I found out there are a select few individuals who still produce this kind of Johnny Test hate art in 2018.
