DA's been woke for at least a decade now. Won't be surprised if a lot of the woke culture started on DA (a good example of this being how yaoi fangirls back in the day would use the "u don't like yaoi because u r homophobic!111!!" card) and eventually spread across the other social media sites.

That's what I've done too. I put my gender in my bio instead so I don't look like a sped with pronouns and people know how to address me properly.
