Honestly the Lady character assassin bugs me the most. We had a character with an already established look redesigned into a goofy Concord asset for no good reason. The constant profanity is obnoxious and goes completely against her cold and quiet personality. Then, you have the further baffling decision to use her name that she disavowed to dissociate from her father, who her killing was her entire driving factor and reason for involvement in the series in the first place. They decided to retcon Arkham into a discount Shou Tucker who "did evil to save his family" instead of being an unapologetically evil bastard who sacrificed his wife (and intended to sacrifice his daughter) to gain power.

Adi Shankar is a fucking hack and I wish he'd keep his disgusting shit-caked punjabi dahlit hands off of properties I enjoy.

I can only think of a convoluted way of not totally fucking up Vergil's character, because anything he does in the next season will be seen as "justifiable actions." He's a completely different character in Adi's shit fan fiction.

So its double post because I cant edit the older post, but I was watching the DMC Devil May Cry cutscenes (since Im not buying the game) and its funny how even that shitshow did the whole "not all demons are bad" thing better.

Theres a singular good demon outside of Sparda, and even he is still someone willing to go "Kill this dude's unborn child" in the name of victory, same as Vergil ends up doing latter.

This show proves why Clarke's third law is a crock of donkey shit. Turning demons into le evolved humanerinos undermines the otherworldly supernatural purpose in demons being an unholy force. Injecting a scientific explanation ruins the point of monsters unexplainable by science. Advanced technology has fundamental thematic differences from magic, they are not meaningless interchangeable aesthetics.

Motherfucker tried to psyop the series by turning it into something its not beacuse he thought it would be cool, even if it would not fit with the games theme or universe.

If he was a real fan, he would be happy Devil May Cry 5 was made (god forbid DMC Devil May Cry being the hill that the series ends) but instead got mad, beacuse it took away attention from his project.

It works if it follows actual scientific principles. A very advanced machine that does x works. A very advanced machine that can create matter or energy out of thin air, no, it wont.
