Hopefully not. I don't say that because "I'm a secret fan", I liked his "onthologically evil" video on SFO. Yet starring into the abyss for too long may make him lose control.

I struggle to see how he's making it about the reckless driving. The article he's quoting there adds it as an afterthought to the vandalism with a much lesser sentence apparently on the books for it. The malicious mischief charges he's crowing about are literally for the vandalism, not for the reckless driving:

Whether there's additional motivation to charge him drifting on an LGBT mural as opposed to any other kind is impossible to say for sure; but Dev is obviously happy to lie through his teeth about something we can easily discount from reading his own tweet, so I see no reason to believe him there either.

I find it hilarious when the left claims "the walls are closing in, we got Trump this time for real, new charges are incoming, an anonymous said Trump killed a hooker" etc, 100 times and the Trump haters eat it up.

Because I have standards I will also call this behavior out with people I agree with. yes, Disney will fail, EA will crumble, all in due time, but people like him calling every mistake as the death note is pure baiting. Years of content saying it's all over, tomorrow!

Funny thing is this is only one out of many kinds of content ACE makes. I've watched his other videos on video games and livestreams reading and riffing on Star Wars: High Republic comics. It's a pretty fun and varied channel all things considered.

However he is also extremely lazy when it comes to research
If he wasn't grifting the right he would be a postmodernist, then again that would probably take some work.

The fact Dev couldn't behave himself and separate a minor ideological squabble from a leisure activity meant to be a getaway and fun content of a D&D campaign was a big sign of the kind of person he really is. Like that one retarded relative that just cannot help himself to bring up politics during the family reunion.

It also broke the single unspoken rule among the group. "Don't bring your baggage to the game table". And while I doubt anyone involved articulates it as such in their head, it has permanently marked Dev as not belonging to the group.
