What's the deal with Sidescrollers? I know Craig started it to be a politically neutral gaming podcast, but it feels like lately the channel won't stop covering culture war content. In fact, to bring everything full circle, Craig has been appearing on ValiantRenegade's podcast.

Just as there is a bubble for all the millennial gaming YouTubers that all fell to marxism one-by-one, so to does there seem to be a bubble/"resistance team" of YouTubers who are one generation above them covering the culture wars. At least Craig actually plays video games unlike most of the AI-art apologists.

Regardless of what your personal stance is on the mater, Dev siding with the "authority figure" was easily predictable. Especially since it sides with the idea that big jaw trans women are also women by proxy.

The irony of irony is Dev sticking to "bothsidesism" and "incompetence over malice" has made him incompetent at recognizing incompetence.
When numerous examples have come out of how shot-callers and people in positions of power have bowed to DIE and leftist bullshittery, there will come a point where malice is the default rather than incompetence.
Honestly, while Dev might have some point of "bothsidesism" in a general sense, in the current time and place, in these specific cases, he just looks like a retard in denial that a lot of people are just trying to uglify women thanks to DIE bullshit.

Dev cannot understand the difference between passive neutrality, where you don't take a position because you don't care and aren't involved, and active neutrality where you are involved and being forced to act but keep refusing. He also doesn't understand centrism isn't meant to be a literal position of standing in the center and refuses to acknowledge the shifting and active sabotage of the overton window by far left ideologues is on purpose exactly so retards like him will get frog boiled into far left positions by default a few years later.
