Thanks for amending your error, so future thread readers will not be misled.
They may not be the same, but Brianna Wu undoubtedly also has political influence via Progressive PAC. That whole fiasco was covered pages back, and as far as I can tell, like any shady government dealing in regards to election manipulation this matter has been thoroughly buried.
I remember Dev tweeted about the accusations of streamers and content creators being aid off to shill Dem, by making a fake spreadsheet of who Wu sent money to and adding his Archcast co-host Lumi to the list for no reason. Thinking back on this, seems like Dev once again threw a woman under the bus as a joke. What an ass.

Also man, these past 2 days thread grew 9 pages or so, i wonder if we will hit 200 before Xmas or New Year's Eve?

I am no master at deducing the accuracy of a spreadsheet, but I have a few points that contributed to my belief that it was faked.

  1. Why would Brianna Wu give anyone access to the Top Secret Progressive PAC Streamer Fund Spreadsheet?
  2. And why give access to Dev of all people?
  3. If Dev actually had that spreadsheet he would be silenced and have his accounts struck for exposing this information. Brianna Wu would stop associating with Dev. Neither of those things have happened.
  4. He shared the screenshot of the spreadsheet after people accused him of also being paid off by Wu, including every name that was speculated to have been paid off except for Dev's which was replaced by his Archcast co-host, LuminousCove.
This reeks of yet another gayop meant to divert attention from what Brianna Wu was doing.

Sargon was also vile scum, he made a video essentially blaming women for Elliot Rogers. Maybe he's less unhinged now since he's displayed sympathies to TERFs regarding troons in bathrooms. Who knows or cares.

Yep. He repeatedly asked me publicly on Twitter to come have a talk with him. He threw the gauntlet down about 3-4 times in rapid secession. He was trying to involve other people as well to be involved in this talk, again, publicly, on Twitter. I said, sure, and in my stupid head, I gotta be honest, the second I saw his DM I thought "wow, he's really willing to come to the table" and was right then and there at least ready to forgive pretty much everything he's done and said about me, even if I was not ready or willing to forgive the things he's done and said about my friends.
Instead, it became instantly apparent that all of that public bravado was done solely because Dev did not think I would accept, because he's invented some version of me in his head where, because I'm a woman, I'm so weak, just like Pikamee, that I'd never accept his invitation. So, Dev took this opportunity to, in my opinion, end absolutely every chance he will ever have again to be able to interact with any other creator online. Sincerely, after this, there is absolutely no reason anyone should ever engage with him and I will do my best to make sure everyone I know also knows that he did this. This was the end. So terminally bad faith that he will just lie about everything and is a pissbaby coward that I don't actually think he can come back from it. How can he continue to be a fair and balanced centrist when he pulled a bait and switch like this? I mean, there's plenty of other reasons, but this was just overtly bad faith.
I responded to his private message by again, agreeing to talk, and told him he could pick a moderator. He did not respond to this, just started ranting about me, so I suggested Spoon because Spoon tells me to "shut up, silly woman" all the time, even if he's also someone Dev's lied about and dislikes him, and was the best person I could think of to moderate on short notice. He again, just did not respond to my suggestion. He just kept ranting.
Because he was not reacting to my suggestions for a moderator, I just called him. He did not pick up. He just kept ranting in text about me. One thing he continued to say, over and over, is "Hi people!" or something similar, saying "I know you're going to post this". The entire ploy, I believe, was a very sad attempt to goad me into "leaking DMs!", y'know the thing he does all the time but considers to be the greatest crime imaginable when anyone does it to him, so he could show me doing that to others as proof and label me as a bad person for doing this heinous crime that he already never shuts up about me already supposedly committing and has cried victim about for the last 2 years. Or at least, it seems that became his half-baked plan because he never expected me to respond in the first place. He thought, again, I'm a woman, I'm weak like Pikamee, so I'll just run away in fear of this strong man, or whatever nonsense goes on inside his head, and when I didn't do that he switched tactics to goading me into posting his DMs, which, here's the thing everyone, aren't very interesting. It was just him repeating the same lies he's said about everyone for years. At one point he did "apologize" to me, but in the most sarcastic, obviously unserious way imaginable. "Yeah, RIP"- levels of sincerity. Then he just started begging me to leave him alone.
This ranting and begging went on for maybe 30 minutes and then he blocked me. Maybe one day I'll post the DMs, but not today, in part because honestly, they're not very interesting as it was the same screed he says about me in public but also because he made it extremely clear that's what he wants me to do so he can cry victim. The only interesting thing is the scenario itself where he said, in public, that he wanted to talk, sent a DM saying he wanted to talk, and then refused to actually fucking talk, begged me to leave him alone in a conversation he himself started, and then ran and hid away like the manbaby bitch he is. How the fuck is anyone, let alone a 40 year old man, afraid of me? Apparently, Dev is though.
He's so cooked by this. There was already a laundry list of reasons why other creators should stay away from him, but yeah, I don't know how he comes back from this giant fucking radioactive cunt behaviour that proves, beyond any doubt, he is a lying sack of shit and backstabbing, AIDS-ridden, commie queer and worst of all, and may Allah forgive me for saying this: a Canadian.

EDIT: Oh, yeah, and the only time he seemed interested in actually talking and broke from his spiral session is when i said I knew for a fact, and I do, that it's not just Arch who only keeps him around for hate donos. He said that it was actually him who suggested this tactic to Arch, hilariously. As soon as I said I knew this, he started asking me to, what else, but post other people's DMs to show him who all hates his guts. Obviously, I didn't but that's because, Dev, it's everyone. Every person who has the misfortune of interacting with you fucking hates you and the only use you serve on this planet is as a microscopic, gay little, gold mine that prints small bills by being insufferable. All your "friends", the few remaining ones who haven't kicked your fat ass to the curb yet, only keep you around because you farm hate money. Sad!
