I've been watching some videos going over the channel awesome accusations that dropped (Jesus Christ is Lindsey Ellis ever exhibit 101 for why men should be allowed to smack a hoe) and this strikes me as kinda a similar situation.

I mean, most of that doc was heavily exagerated and so long as to try to prevent people from really digging into it. Same situation is probably going on here. I think Dev did his usuall stupidity. Then shot his mouth off without really thinking about what he had done "Everyone is just wrong and I'm a good person!" And now that someone is making him go back and explain himself, he's having to either lie about shit or heavily exagerate. And the worst part of that is you know the internet is going to tear the doc apart. Not just the people mentioned in it.

Like, Kir says the vid is crap? Of course, Kir is in the vid. She has every reason to say that. But a thread full of randos best ID'd by either being shit at english or edgy pfps tears it apart? I really think he thought his thread would just die off if he was correct enough. But it hasnt. So the only thing he can do is look forward to releasing the vids once his channel truely tanks and then watch as everyone who hates him shits on him.

When it comes to birthright citizenship, I find it funny that AR-15 supposedly makes 2nd Amendment obsolete, but cheap airline travel doesn't make birthright citizenship obsolete.
(There's organized cottage industry where rich Asian mothers fly to US to give birth so their child can get US citizenship.)

Also: "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" part is potentially sufficient to disqualify illegal immigrants. Very least, it's more solid than anything I've seen thrown at the 2nd.

That's the thing though. According to SCOTUS, the AR-15 DOESN'T make the 2nd obsolete. It's still covered under 2A; the issue is states rights which makes getting one a bitch and a half to own in places like Cali.

As for the "subject to jurisdiction thereof", the counter-argument is that because the people here, whether temporary legal immigrants or illegal immigrants are still subject to the rules of the US (when ICE or DHS or whoever else captures and deports illegals, they are deporting according to rules applied to those in the land of the US), they fulfill that "subject to jurisdiction thereof" clause. Compare and contrast to diplomats and the like, where they may be within the country legally, but if they have a kid on US land, it will not get US citizenship because they are subject to the rules of a different country.

TLDW: Ruby Ridge Retard pretends to not understand the criticism of Biden using the auto pen. According to Dev, Biden was fully functional during his term and his excessive use was business as usual. Evil Orange Man also uses the auto pen, which makes Dev jump on the desk and scream "HYPOCRITE" while yelling incomprehensible insults in mangled gibberish. While Dev is right about Trump overelying on the auto pen for pardons, his continual partisan dick sucking brings down the video. Not worth the click.

Autopen is in grand scheme of things Irrelevant. Point is Biden for atleast last two years of his presidency was not making decisions . Clique around him did. And it really does not matter if he manually signed everything or if process was fully automated. Also if he was fully functional then why he dropped from the race in the last minute.

The commenter misses this point: in the UK, the TERFs have alied with the right wing after realizing that progressivism was wrong all along. Amelia's visual design ties her to this group of former liberal progressives who have been thoroughly redpilled after realizing that they believed and advocated for a false reality. The tradwife exists to protect the established socal fabric and safeguard its morals for the current and next generation by living a virtuous life and supporting her husband and children. In the UK and beyond, this Christian moral system has already been mostly subverted—so what is 'trad' is also different. Amelia's appearence lets us identify her with the dominant progressive moral order and it makes her rebelion against it more poignant than if she dressed like a trad tiktok hotwife. She's dressed as a 'trad' progressive. But she doesn't espouse those beliefs. Again, it visually identifies her as a TERF NAZI heretic of progressiveism who is horrified at the effects of what she formerly advocated for rather than someone who always held that belief. To beat the dead horse, for the right wing Amelia's appearance signals "we were wrong, you were right", which is immensely satisfying to hear.
