O doubt that exact paint scheme could be replicated on another building. Keep in mind that just because someone uploads a video doesn't mean it had to have been recorded recently. This is Dev we're talking about here, he takes his sweet time editing things.
 
That footage is from 2019, right? I thought he'd moved out of Sudbury a while ago.

Edit: Nevermind, that was the original GoPro unboxing, I still think the actual makeshift dashcam stuff is at least a year and a half old though.
