If you are just a little familiar with Devon, you will know he travels all over the world, this is because he is flying to his female fans to take advantage of their naivete. Not just because Devon K Tracey is a lover of travel, but because he has fans all over the world willing to meet with him. Often times these females are very young and are unsure what to do when presented with the blackmail situation.

As you can imagine, because of the nature of blackmail, the victims of his crimes are unwilling to come forward publicly. There is now a growing number of people aware of this behavior by Devon K Tracey and as it continues, more victims of his actions are being found privately.
