Update about the Google reviews... it appears Diamwall have been busy during KF's downtime. A whole lot of positive reviews appeared simultaneously a week ago. Currently 4.3 stars from 27 reviews.

Around the same time, Diamwall started asking all the negative reviews, "Could you please provide more information about your review? Which service did you acquire? What's your domain?". Presumably, if they don't get an answer, Diamwall will use that as proof the review isn't genuine and complain to Google to get it removed.
