Why would she, she could just say Dillin is a bitch ass motherfucker and leave it to die. There is no reason for her to press charges, and if she did, the charges would be dropped as I don't think any legal case could be made against Dillin. I am by no means a legal expert, but I know for sure that the legal system, no matter the state, would have no problem throwing it out.
 
I've been doing some talking with another person who's watching this, and we came to a realization. Of Dillin has so much evidence, why is he posting 5 to 7 minute snippets of information on a daily basis?

A lot of the videos that he's been uploading I've also had sudden cuts, can't he just post the full conversation? Apparently it's already out there.

If you are asking me, it seems like he's trying to stretch this out for easy content which only requires him to make a thumbnail. If Dillin is sincere about all of this, he he should post the conversations in their entirety without any cuts and demonitize all videos about Jesse so he isn't profiting off any of this.

But I know he won't listen to me because I drew edge getting cucked.

I don't particularly understand why sex with a 16 year old is that interesting. Can someone explain why that is? In my country the age of consent is 16 so they can consent to sex with anyone of any age 16+, 15 year olds are given a 4-year difference allowance.

Also I want to say that in my country older adults that sleep with teens (16-19) are considered creepy and weird but it is not a criminal offense.

I'll be the first to say, different countries have different rules because of different situations. With that in mind, 16 actually is the age of consent in multiple US states. AFAIK, there's rules attached to it (like you can't be the 16 year old's teacher, boss, ect), but its a myth that the age of consent is 18 everywhere here. I still don't think anyone 20 and over should be sleeping with 16 year old, but that's mostly because 20 year olds should be at the point in their lives where their interests should be radically different from a 16 year old.

Typically, 20 year olds should be worried about working or going to higher education so they can pay bills. A 16 year old is still in highschool talking about fortnite and BTS. There's no reason for a 20 year old to be fucking a 16 year old, but I'd say that's my American mindset talking.

Jesse is a degenerate and a weirdo, double confirmed. But Candi was not a minor upon having sex. If this is indeed her, then she at 16 according to Arkansas age of consent would have been fair game. But if Jesse was 24 then he is still a creep for going through with this. So is that the point Dillin is trying to make, that Jesse is a sex pest? We know. It's frankly just not that interesting to me.

Apparently, there are some now deleted tweets from Dillin saying every day until Christmas he's going to post another Jesse video, with Christmas Day having him stream all the evidence together as well as putting in some screenshots.

It's fucking sad, to spend Christmas alone making nonsense videos about Jesse instead of spending it with your friends and family... Spending a day of love and togetherness at his computer grumbling and bitter...

While this is the legal case, Dillin intends to push the moral outlook on this situation as to cause moral outrage about an once channel collaborator now a sexual predator. Sex pest puts what Dillin wants to put out to his audience lightly, he fully intends to call Jesse a predator no matter the cost because he knows his viewers believe that the age of consent should be 18, as does he. Law doesn't translate well to morals and this is one of those cases.

LOL! As if Dillin had any superior morals to anybody. This faggot is entirely literally lying about people being minors and child porn! He's acting entirely out of spite just to fulfil some kind of personal vendetta, and he's exploiting others in order to do it! Dillin has the least morality out of anyone in this situation!

That's the thing, he's using the morals of his audience to go after Jesse. At this point, he's not just posing his own morality, he's propagating others morality. To be honest, the personal vendetta isn't too farfetched of an idea as sighted within the original video that started this whole debacle as Dillin stated that, "Jesse had fucked me over multiple times." I am not saying this what his intentions are when carrying out this, for lack of a better word attack, but so far this seems to be likely case.

Looking further into this, Dillin who apparently lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma, should be acustomed to 16 being the age of no longer being considered a minor for sex, so he is either just an uninformed idiot that didn't bother to look it up, or he's blatantly lying out of his ass purposefully. Dillin had to have known we were going to fact check his claims, right? Was he truthfully banking on the concept of everyone taking his word for it?

He is either lying or at least being willfully ignorant since he has showcased he can do extensive research on the age of consent in other countries. He’s trying his best to incriminate Jesse to his audience since he knows he hasn’t actually broken any laws regarding the age of consent. This idiot has to realize that by purposefully dragging this out and posting the above tweets he has exposed himself as doing this for only two reasons:

1. To farm as much clout from the situation as possible.

2. To try and bully Jesse into either leaving the internet forever or killing himself for the grave sins he’s committed against the lord god Dillin Hart Thomas.

What an absolute pinworm pest of a human being.
