Thanks. True and I love doing them since Lil Soniq is basically our Chris-Chan. He's just the gift that keeps on giving. Finding other lolcow fanfic authors has been a treat for me too, especially Goth Nebula and Bloodrayne666. All in all, some may call me a creep or a weirdo for reading this stuff but I'm doing it to review the story and make jokes with a couple of friends. It's a shame YouTube has essentially blacklisted my channel and content in a way where its quite discouraging to even bother continuing to try.

So two days ago Dillin announced that him and his gf may be making a continuation comic of Sonichu that picks up after Issue 10 of the original comic.

They for some reason made the art look even worse than how Chris actually drew back then.

It kind of reminds me of Asperchu but the difference between that and this is that was a parody comic and this is meant to be a faithful fan continuation or some shit.

Anyways this idea is frankly super retarded because trying to continue the original story would be such a difficult task to perform that it's not even worth the time.

No idea what they are even planning to do with this, they either try to emulate the later comics by adding random shit that Chris likes and things that happened in his real life or try to bring it back to the original concept of being a mix between Pokemon and Sonic.

Both of these options wouldn't end up working and I don't even need to explain exactly why they wouldn't, that's how bad they are.

I just hope if they actually do make the comics then they will also upload voice-acted versions of them on Dillin's Youtube channel where it's something like their Bloodshot the hedgehog redub video because I foresee that being unintentionally hilarious to watch.

I don't know it just seems really weird to make a "continuation" of sonichu when you quite literally have no way to understand what the fuck goes on in Chris' mind when he writes this shit. Imitating Chris in this way very rarely works out.
Sonichu is not a story, it is Chris trying to cope with his life and win in the fantasy world he creates in the comic. Someone else cannot write that.
This just feels like trying to capitalize on the current situation and get fans in so they can read the "continuation" of sonichu to try and feel normal again to some degree.

Overall it just feels wrong.

How did Dillin throw Richard under the bus?

He interviewed Richard on the 3rd of April and months later on the 7th of September he talked about #Rally4Sally which just so happened to have Richard as the project lead. Everything after this point was about #Rally4Sally and all the stupid shit around it.

From my knowledge they weren't buddy-buddy with each other, he literally just invited him on his podcast for an interview.

No idea about the comic thing but supposedly it's more of his girlfriend's comic than his at this point so if that is true then she could have just added it in herself without Dillin having any involvement with the situation.

But there is a chance that none of that even matters because you gave no context for the situation, no idea if this camo was done before or after the podcast interview nor do I know what their intentions were with the cameo.

You seem to have a weird hate boner for Dillin, it sounds like you contribute a lot of what he does to malice instead of ignorance.

I don't think he hates Chris or anything, I haven't seen any real-time he seems to flat out despise the guy. I also don't agree with the sentiment that the continuation comic is a crash grab or something like that.

It was brought up that he may be doing this for others to try and feel normal again somewhat but something that wasn't included was that he may be doing this for himself as well which could very likely be the case.

I just believe that this is just a very ambitious project that he wants to make and that's all really to it, now it's still retarded but don't try to make it more than it really is. Dillin doesn't come off as a super genius or anything near that, he's just a dude that likes Sonic way too much.

Yeah it's really weird they either killed Sonichu off, He-Man Revelation style or it has some shit with the dimensional merge/just dimensional as a whole.

It could be Chris being trusted forced out of his fantasy world and he'll have to face his real life problems which would be super gay and I really hope they don't do that.

Either way, we have no idea who the villain would be, it's most likely going to be some edgy bullshit because they obviously won't make the villain Mary Lee Walsh or old trolls.

On that note judging from the purple crack, it is most likely going to be a take on Count Graduon (Mary's weird purple staff thing) I say this because I highly doubt they're going to create new ocs for this comic and Count Graduon does have some potential to him.

Not too sure if they are going to use his human amiibo forum or make a whole new form for him because of that form being created after issue 10, I could see them going with either or if I'm correct it with this hypothesis.
