Robert Earl Davis, aka DJ Screw was a hip hip DJ based in Houston, Texas, he is the founder of the Screwed up Click and pioneered the chopped and screwed dj technique, He started his career around 1992 by creating compilations of music using requests from friends. Soon after, he began selling the tapes, and the rest is history.

Some iconic works of Screw include the June 27th freestyle, The Game Goes On, My Mind Went Blank, and 3 in the morning.

I found Screw from Lil Ugly Mane, I can't remember the exact trajectory, it was some six degrees to Kevin Bacon association stuff. I've also always liked the Pen and Pixel art style, annoyed that it's become kind of mainstream but whatever.
