I'd assume it does in general.

Who are you hiring if you were rotten by DEI (assuming they're all equally competent), a white male, a black male, or a gay black male? You'd obviously go for the last, as I understand that it gives preference to "historically disadvantaged people".

In general it stacks but debuffs can be applied. For example in your gay black mexican example if he were to ever say publicly announce that white people really aren't so bad and aren't to blame for literally every problem a nigger faces in life then he'd likely lose his black buff and maybe even the Mexican one too and just be left with the gay man buff which, unless paired with the acts like a raging faggot buff, is probably less helpful.
