Related to the topic, but how about movie clips on YouTube that are uploaded in the incorrect aspect ratio? How does that even happen?

I was looking up action movie scenes and all I got were midget fights. Video game midgets is one thing but how can someone upload clips of midget Keanu Reeves and think "there is nothing wrong here?"
