I'm permabanned from a twitch (yeah I know, my fault) stream and I don't have a history of saying anything to the particular streamer. I downloaded Chatty, which is supposed to be a new chat logger since OverRustleLogs bit the dust. The streamer was Japanese, and I remembered one separate Japanese streamer had a rule where you had to speak English (they were learning the language) or get banned.

Back in my day you didn't choose to watch someone play videogames, you were forced to wait and watch your friends play GTA and die until it was your turn with the controller!
