Do we live in a Cyberpunk dystopia?

Absolutely living in a cyberpunk style dystopia. We got low lives with access to high tech, hooligan hackers destroying corporations value in the span of seconds, PR disasters and the obvious scramble of propaganda cover up, an oblivious class of useful degenerates to help fuel the ultrawealthy to stay ultrawealthy; governments run through corporate interest and never the interest of the working class, we got garage biologists biohacking their bodies with some goop they brewed in bathtub, mycologist breeding stronger and stronger hallucinogens, new drugs promising higher highs, chemists manufacturing high explosives and detailed information on how to make it, fire arms that can be manufactured from a thin filament of metal, the fetus of Artificial Intelligence already causing an existential crisis in the masses, while Asia is messing around with animal human hybridization, powerful medical industry heads manufacturing human extinction level viruses and diseases, media consumption is at an all time high watching clips that have less sustenance than a fun size candy bar. boy oh boy, you'd think I'd trade this for utopia; you'd be wrong.

yes but not the cool one with flying cars and cybernetic prosthetics and holograms n shit. its like a really boring one where you get all the blatant advertising, lack of privacy, surveillance, crime, and impoverished surroundings, but at least we get smartphone and NFTs

Even if Joe Biden strokes out, we now have enough AI technology to keep a glitchy simulacrum of him going on TV like Max Headroom.
