The only good puke is if you just ate something bad and immediately feel better afterwards. The worst is unproductive dry heaving and retching, and the worst of the worst is puking up repulsive bile.

It's an absoultely horrible feeling. I had it for 4 years every morning and sometimes after vomiting i would be alright for at least half of the day other times I would linger with the feeling of vomiting. Absolute hell.

Strong tea on an empty stomach now nauseates me. It's fine if I add cream and sugar but I don't like cream and sugar.

I only tend to do it when I'm really hungover, and I hate it. I crashed at a friend's a couple of weeks ago and the next day I had one of those throw-up-every-few-minutes hangovers. Basically just had to wait until I was completely empty before I could even consider making the journey across the city home, and had a raging thirst all the way because I didn't dare put anything else in my stomach before the end of the train journey.

Nausea is what makes vomiting awful. I've had the vomiting reflex crop up suddenly without much nausea once and it was pretty neutral, like sneezing or something. I've also had severe nausea that wasn't relieved by vomiting, that was fucking hellish. Vomitng causes lower blood pressure which can cause light headedness, it can also release endorphins so there's a pleasure potential if you do it on purpose without being ill. That kind of shit (esp combined with regular drinking) is a recipe for esophageal cancer, a terrible way to go.

Any kind of gastrointestinal distress is unpleasant. More so if things are trying to (ahem) exit stage right... from both ends.

No, I don't enjoy throwing up, although I admit to trying to make light of it on the rare occasions it occurs. Remarks like 'tasted just as good the first time!' or 'quick, grab the bigger chunks for lunch tomorrow' are me keeping my spirits up if I'm praying to the porcelain throne.

No. It burns my throat.

It depends entirely on whether or not I'm drunk before I vomit. If I'm not drunk it sucks, if I'm wasted it's usually a relief.
