Not an entire aesthetic, but I think cigarettes look so cool. I think smokers look so comfy when they smoke and I love the smell of tobacco. I can't bring myself to do it though. Every smoker I know has tried to quit.

My rule is that I only smoke if I go for a walk outdoors while I do it or I'm at a bar/party and I've never had any issues with craving or withdrawal. a pack lasts me two weeks easily. Most heavy smokers I've met do it inside and in their car. tbh the extra effort I have to put in to smoke is a barrier to doing it vs someone who will idly light up while watching TV. That said, don't start.

Yeah, I'm a big fan of the "business man smoking a cigar while arrogantly gesturing" but I also like not having cancer.
