I *think* they might manually process comments to redact private information. They seem to appear out of order (with priority for shit like the ACLU) and the comments will have redactions that don't make sense as original files.

Cheeky, if intentional. Normally I scoff at regulatory agencies on principle, but this time I hope they take your recommendations to heart. They seem good. I'll see if I can use them down the line to plant a bug in the ear of some EUoids that do in fact push back against censorship in their special EUoid way.

The Federal Reserve announced on June 23 that it will no longer factor “reputation risk” into its bank examinations, a move aligned with efforts by Republican lawmakers and the Trump administration to combat what they describe as politically motivated financial discrimination—particularly debanking.

The central bank said in a statement it has begun reviewing and revising its supervisory materials to remove references to reputation risk, replacing them where appropriate with more specific discussions of financial risk.
