Does 8chan still exist? 2 chan? Other deep web alternatives?

Every single subreddit I was in has basically been quarantined or banned. 'Google News' just shows left mainstream news on every single issue. Feels like the whole internet is turning into one big echo chamber aka Reddit & I hate it and wont to spend more time on TOR.

Reddit even banned the darkmarket links!

Why am I asking here? As I figure it's probably one of the only places I can.

The alternatives are near enough dead sadly.
I just wanted to discuss video games with glowies but then some guy decided to shoot a few people in a magic building as a prank and ruined it all.

Yes, but I'm not gonna tell you. We have enough fags as it is.

8chan is still there under a new name but the only active boards are /newsplus/ ( just the news), /pnd/ ( /pol/ but actually natsoc), /vichan/ (polish-speaking board) and /midnightriders/ ( Q larp).
Seems like everybody moved on to private discords, but if you want to find some nice spot to talk about your hobbies I unironically recommend IRC or some sort of end-to-end encryprtion alternative, and boy there are many.

2chan is a Japanese imageboard, I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t like you there. I haven’t been to 8chan in a long time but I’m sure they wouldn’t like you there either. I’m sure you could ask the people on one of the intel exchange sites for recommendations but I’m positive they’ll call you a fag and a fed.

So this has become even more important of recent times.

I've found: 3chan, 16 chan & 8kun all at varying levels of interaction and acitivity. My Twitter is gone as my Facebook. I'll join Parler soon.

I too do not work for the feds and am a regular American that wants to overthrow the government just like all of you.

Can you help me out be posting links to various sites that might have fellow wrongthinkers and terrorists?

I can't overthrow the American government because I am not American so go ahead and post the links or I'll post my dick.

The darknet/deepweb is dead and arguably never really existed. there is no darknet in the sense of a significantly large place that people can 'go' to for shady stuff. The closest thing that exists is stuff thats not actually illegal or essentially private groups of people trading incognito on fairly lame limited stocks that would be topped by what was available in your average dingy alleyway in the 80s and 70s. And even of these the largest are secretly infiltrated and controlled by the government who is by far the biggest and most enduring distributor of illegal porn, drugs, and software. They just keep the charade going to give the peons the illusion that they are successfully rebelling and as an easy source of busts when the time comes to decide budgets.

The underground darknet adjacent web is almost as dead. Nearly everybody just shuffles around the same handful of megacorp websites for nearly everything they do online. The real wild west web with the sense of wonder and mystery where you never knew what you'd get with the next turn died in the early 2000s with web 2.0, Google, and SEO. There was an abortive flowering of independent social media with the waves of bans post 2016. But Elon's acquisition of Twitter ended the urgency for that on the right and the left's equally unimpressive attempts to replace twitter with an even more corporatized Bluesky shows how powerful inertia is.
