For some apparent reason, these days when I go out for a monring jog, I end up tripping and falling down. I´ve done this for a month now and I have no idea why I keep injuring myself. A couple of months ago I had no trouble with running and now it seems that I do. Any advice/tips?

See a doctor. It could simply be bruised tendons, over stretched ligaments, tired muscles or multiple sclerosis

Are you shuffling or dragging your feet? Try adopting a more heel to toe rolling sort of action on each foot as you place it on the ground while running to try to prevent this.

See a doctor. Aside from the conditions TiggerNut listed alone, there could be a neurological problem.

Testing for neurological disorders is time consuming and expensive and more than likely won't be done in the absence of other symptoms.

I'm going to go with lifting your knees higher, have you always had a problem with kinetic learning?

Did you try new shoes. Your shoes probably got their treads worn and are fucking up on gravel and dirt.

Sounds like a problem with your inner ear. If something is wrong with your cochlea, it can seriously affect your sense of balance and physical orientation.

Problems with the inner ear would show other symptoms such as falling or vertigo in situations when not running. In the absence of head trauma or frequent infections, it's also unlikely.

I just did a google search, you have cancer.
Probably caught it from this site tbf

Depends on how you do it- is it just bad coordination, do you skid or slip, or are you dragging your toe on the ground?
